Ralph Aguilar is a highly accomplished, results-driven executive leader and board member with more than 25 years of progressive experience in financial, treasury, and operational leadership, with multi-state and multi-national expertise within diverse privately held start-ups through publicly-traded global billion-dollar organizations. He is characterized as a visionary, strategist, and tactician with a consistent record of delivering extraordinary results in growth, revenue, operational performance, and profitability. Mr. Aguilar is experienced in streamlining business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency, high change environments including M&A, divestitures, restructuring, repositioning, change mgmt., & turn-around events, Some of his previous leadership tenures include NorthStar Group ($800M privately held, IPO), AAR ($5B publicly traded aerospace conglomerate), AeroTurbine (private equity backed, $250M privately held), and Carnival Corp ($9B publicly traded), among other notable companies.
In addition, Mr. Aguilar served and was an Infantry Operator with honorable distinction in the United States Marine Corps, earned an MBA with concentration in Accounting, an MS in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, a strategic management certificate from the Harvard Business School, and is a black-belt in Six Sigma methodology. On his free time, Mr. Aguilar enjoys golf, racquetball, coaching T-Ball baseball, riding his Harley motorcycle, and resides with his 5-year-old son, three dogs, and three cats.
